Bringing a new retail media network (RMN) to life is no easy task, and I was instrumental in developing a KPI-led, storytelling-driven go-to-market strategy with a strong focus on driving 2-5x ROAS metrics across a number of programmatic and social platforms. Leading the media strategy, planning, activation, and media operations for the largest CPG accounts, this project involved a overseeing a team of 15+ individuals responsible for $100MM+ in annual revenue across 200+ campaigns in a highly complex, performance driven organization.
